Registration Cost.

An initial non-refundable $250 registration fee will start our process and will be applied toward the final placement cost. Tax is included. Zero hidden fees.

Full Time Placement Cost.

A placement fee of $3,997 will be applied for placements exceeding 30 hours per week after both the client and candidate have mutually executed an employee agreement.

Part Time Placement Cost.

A placement fee of $2,257 will be applied for placements under 30 hours per week after both the client and candidate have mutually executed an employee agreement.

Nanny Requirements and Screening.

  • Ability to work legally within the United States.

  • 2+ Years of Relevant Professional Childcare Experience.

  • Complete Application Process.

  • Two Interviews with United Nanny Agency Matchmakers.

  • Complete Nanny Profile with Personal Statement.

  • 3+ Verifiable Employment References.

  • 2 Enhanced Background Checks.

    • 1400+ Federal and State Database Criminal Records Background Check.

    • Candidate Diligent Criminal Background Check Investigation.

  • Verifiable CPR/First Aid Certification, guaranteed before day one of employment.

  • Completion of “Nanny Profection” Class.

  • At least 18 years of Age.

  • Addition requirements may be necessary. Many positions often necessitate college degrees, valid driver’s licenses, elevated background checks, valid passports, and more.

Family Requirements

Communication.

Families and Nannies must communicate. Effective communication fosters a positive and collaborative relationship contributing to the success of your family and the well-being and development of your child under the care of your nanny.

Compensation.

High quality candidates need competitive pay. Families need to offer compensation starting at $23/hr. to 35/hr and above. We will guide you toward the appropriate pay based on your family’s needs.

Legal Pay.

Families must adhere to legal compensation, employing their caregiver as an employee with a W-2.
